Related projects
PISCES is building upon past projects and will be ensuring a joined-up approach so that we share our findings with other related projects. We have already established strong links within the European Commission which provides a comprehensive overview of other European initiatives. We are also communicating with international project teams so that best practice in marine management can be shared globally.
We acknowledge that similar projects tend to draw upon the same key groups of individuals for input. To limit the burden and to work more closely together, PISCES is currently in the process of drawing up a memorandum of understanding with KnowSeas. We anticipate extending this to other related projects.
Local projects
Examples of projects being delivered at a local scale. These examples include small to medium-sized projects which are being delivered by people who live or work in a particular marine area.
